Hosting accounts are typically activated within 1–4 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive your cPanel login details via email.

Yes! We handle domain transfers at no extra hassle. Contact us with your domain name and we will guide you through the process.

Yes, all our hosting plans include a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. Premium SSL (Comodo/Sectigo) is also available for purchase.

A .com domain is a global top-level domain suitable for any business. A .pk domain is Pakistan-specific and often preferred for local businesses to rank better in Pakistan search results.

A standard business website takes 7–14 working days. Ecommerce or complex projects may take 3–6 weeks depending on requirements. We agree on a timeline before starting.

Yes, 100%. Once the project is complete and payment is cleared, you own the website files, code, and content.

Yes, we offer ongoing maintenance packages. Minor changes and support are also available on request. Contact us for a maintenance quote.

We accept Meezan Bank transfer (IBFT), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and online card payments on request. See our How to Pay page for full details.

For new projects, a 50% advance is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Hosting and domain renewals are billed annually in full.

After you send the payment screenshot to info@softsunrise.com or WhatsApp, we verify and send you a payment confirmation email within 2–4 hours. Your invoice will be marked as Paid.

Hosting and domain fees are non-refundable once activated. For web design projects, the advance payment is non-refundable if work has begun. Please review our Terms & Conditions for the full policy.

For large projects, we may agree on a payment schedule. Please discuss this with our team before the project starts.

Yes, we offer both in-person (Lahore) and online training via Zoom/Google Meet. Recorded sessions are also available for some courses.

Yes, all students receive a SoftSunrise completion certificate upon successfully finishing their course.
