1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any service provided by SoftSunrise, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services
SoftSunrise provides web hosting, domain registration, web design, digital marketing, software development, IT training, and related IT services. All services are subject to availability and may change at any time.
3. Payment Policy
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment is due as per the invoice. Hosting and domain fees must be paid before or on the due date to avoid service suspension. For web design and development projects, a 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery. Payments accepted: Meezan Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and online card payments on request.
4. Refund Policy
Hosting and domain registration fees are non-refundable once the account has been activated or the domain registered. For web design and software projects, the advance payment is non-refundable if work has commenced. Refunds for incomplete or disputed projects will be handled on a case-by-case basis at SoftSunrise's sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
5. Service Suspension & Termination
SoftSunrise reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without notice in the event of: non-payment, violation of these terms, abuse of resources, illegal activities, or any action that may harm our network or clients. Suspended accounts may be permanently deleted after 30 days of non-payment.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: • Keeping their account credentials secure • Maintaining up-to-date contact and payment information • Ensuring content hosted does not violate any laws or third-party rights • Backing up their own data — SoftSunrise is not liable for data loss
7. Intellectual Property
All website designs, code, and creative work produced by SoftSunrise remain the property of SoftSunrise until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership transfers to the client. SoftSunrise retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
8. Uptime & Availability
SoftSunrise endeavors to maintain 99.9% uptime for hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses resulting from downtime due to maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
SoftSunrise's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
